You can request another sample from Walmart by clicking here. This one’s a bit tricky though. First let the screen load (around 10-15 seconds) and then click the picture of the Prilosec OTC box next to the deer heads. From there click request sample and fill our the form. Allow up to four weeks for your free sample to arrive in your mailbox.
