ReplyDeleteIt seems the customer service rep and his Supervisor gave me completely wrong information! The contest DID start on 9/1. Sorry for the confusion.
ReplyDeleteThey gave me a free rental code so I can make up for my missed contest entry. Even when their customer service screws up, they ultimately always take care of their customers. =)
